The Greater North County Chamber of Commerce will sponsor a candidates’ forum for those who are seeking the Florissant mayoral seat in the April 5 election. Six candidates will appears on the ballot for mayor.

The League of Women Voters will moderate the forum at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, March 9, at the John F. Kennedy Community Center, 315 Howdershell Road in Florissant.

Invitations to participate will be sent to the following candidates: Ward 3 City Councilman Tom Schneider, Hazelwood School Board member Mark Behlmann, Ward 6 City Councilman Andrew Podleski, former Ward 1 City Councilwoman Susan Geerling, former state Rep. Michael Spreng and former Ward 6 City Councilman Robert Garrett. Door will open at 6:30 p.m. Space is limited.
