Annual Summertime Past event throughout the Metro area

Florissant Historic Locations part of

“A Summertime Past” event June 13

– Celebrate the sights, stories, and traditions of summers

gone by during A Summertime Past on Saturday, June 13, 2026, from 10

a.m. to 4 p.m. As communities across the nation commemorate America

250, this special event offers visitors the chance to explore the people,

places, and stories that helped shape both the St. Louis region and the

American experience over the last 250 years.

Historic sites, museums, and privately-owned homes throughout the region

will open their doors for a day of exploration, architecture, gardens, exhibits,

demonstrations, and hands-on activities. Each participating location offers a

unique glimpse into the rich and diverse history of St. Louis and the

surrounding area.

Visitors are encouraged to create their own self-guided tour using the

Historic St. Louis website and event brochure. Whether visiting one site or

several, guests will experience the stories and spaces that continue to

connect our past with the present.

Guests can also enter a raffle drawing at each participating location they

visit, with every stop earning an additional entry. Prize information and

participating sites will be announced on the Historic St. Louis website.

Participation may vary by site.
