Laura Ritchie of Chesterfield, MO, was

crowned Ms. Missouri Senior America 2026

For Laura Ritchie, dance has been the center of her life, beginning at age five. She has performed at the Muny Opera, Stages St. Louis, and with the Cardinals and Soccer Stars Dance Teams.

She earned her BS in Nursing. At SSM she earned her master’s degree in healthcare at Webster University. She enjoys traveling and spending time with her two children and two grandsons in LA. Her moto is “Do one thing every day that makes you happy.” For her talent she did a tap dance to a medley of “Get Ready” and “Dancing in the Street.”

Ms. Ritchie will represent Missouri in the Ms. Senior America Pageant. We wish her all the best in the National Pageant.

Chesterfield, MO resident, Gina Bufe received the title of First Runner Up and Ms. Congeniality. Mary Veda Moorehead, a St. Louis, MO resident was named Second Runner Up.

Also competing were Sonja Dugan, Vicky Horton, Leslie Reynolds Fowler, Marilyn Tyson, Jo Vertrees and Sandra Olmstead.
