At Jefferson Barracks Park July 24-27

Saint Louis County is just two weeks away from hosting The Wall That Heals, a three-quarter scale replica of the Vietnam Veterans Memorial in Washington, D.C., and its accompanying Mobile Education Center, at Jefferson Barracks Park from July 24-27. The Wall That Heals will be open 24 hours a day and is free to visit. schedule of activities beginning July 22. Activities include a motorcycle escort,

assembling of the wall, multiple ceremonies, and guided group tours. Media

outlets are invited to reach out in advance for clarification on event timing, press

access, and interview opportunities.

“We are honored to host The Wall That Heals at Jefferson Barracks Historic Site, a

place rich in history and a cornerstone of our community” said Saint Louis County

Executive Sam Page. “As we celebrate the 75th anniversary of our Parks and

Recreation Department, this is a meaningful moment of remembrance, reflection,

and education for our community.”
