The Hazelwood School District (HSD) will begin enrollment for new students on Monday, July 6th for the 2015-2016 school year. Enrollment will continue throughout the summer. The first day of school is Monday, Aug. 10.

Parents/guardians can enroll their child at the HSD Administration Building, 15955 New Halls Ferry Road in Florissant. No appointment is needed; however, available hours are as follows: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Wednesdays from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

To help expedite the enrollment process, the following items are needed:

• Student must reside in the Hazelwood School District to enroll
• Original state-issue birth certificate for the student
• Current immunization records for the student
• Transcript for students in grades 9-12 or
• Most recent report card for students in grades K-8
• Discipline record from previous school, grades 6-12
• Current drivers’ license or state ID for the parent/guardian
• Proof of residency
