Although this year’s Valley of Flowers festival was one of the hottest in memory, especially the parade Sunday, people still had a good time. The parade route was as crowded as ever, and although parade participants were often seen chugging from their water bottles, the queen candidates, past queens and candidates, and last year’s court managed to look beautiful throughout the day.
