Mayor Norman McCourt elected Missouri Municipal League VP

Mayor Norman McCourt of Black Jack was elected vice president of the Missouri Municipal League (MML) during its 76th Annual Conference held Sept. 12-15 in St. Charles.

McCourt was first elected to the MML board of directors in 2006. He has served as chairman of the League’s technology committee since 2008 and will serve as chairman of the League’s budget committee this coming year. He has been actively involved in many of the League’s regional meetings, conferences, and legislative efforts.
