Tuesday, April 6

Senior dances are held every Tuesday at the Savoy in Downtown Ferguson, from 7-9:45 p.m. Admission is $6. Music by the “Starlighters.” (Mary, 521-2688 or Nonie, 521-7986.)

Wednesday, April 7

“Fireproof” (your marriage) will be shown at Salem Lutheran Church, 5180 Parker Road, Black Jack, beginning at 7 p.m. The class is free and you don’t have to married to attend. Bible class follows for four Sundays after the showing. To reserve a spot or for free babysitting call 741-6781 or 838-1623.

Thursday, April 8

The  Spring    Card Party & Luncheon, Marygrove’s Spring event, will be held at Norwood Hills Country club. Doors open at 10 a.m. and a buffet lunch will be served at noon. There will be numerous attendance prizes, mystery gifts, a silent  auction, raffle and drawing to this event call (314-830-6286.)  Proceeds from the card party will help CCM continue its mission of  providing residential treatment, counseling and care for abused and neglected children.

St. Marks Fashions for Food clothing sale, 315 Graham Road, 8:30-11:30 a.m. All proceeds go to local food pantries. Sale is held on the second Thursday of each month. (837-9404)
