St. Louis Birthday Cake at Taille de Noyer, June 8th Commemoration

The Florissant Valley Historical Society received one of the 250 birthday cakes distributed by the Missouri History Museum in commemoration of the 250th birthday of St. Louis. Visitors may come by Taille de Noyer to see the cake displayed on the front lawn.

The Society will celebrate this event with cake and lemonade on Sunday, June 8th from 1 to 4 p.m.

Admission to historic Taille de Noyer for a tour is $2 for adults and $1 for children 12 and under. The tour of the over 200 year old home includes the third floor Costume Room, two floors of living space and a Museum area on the lower level.

Taille de Noyer is located on the McCluer High School Campus at 1896 S. New Florissant Rd. (a short distance south of Hwy. 270).
