Notice: Patterson Road & Hwy 67 Improvement Project Open House  Sept. 24

Notice is hereby given to all interested persons that a public open house will be held to review the proposed resurfacing and safety improvement project on Patterson Road.

DATE & TIME: Wednesday, September 24, 2025, 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM CST

LOCATION: JFK Community Center – Fleur De Lis Room

315 Howdershell Road Florissant, MO 63031

PROJECT SCOPE: The project will improve road conditions at the N Hwy 67 and Patterson Road intersection. The project includes resurfacing, adding a two-way left turn lane, crosswalk, and sidewalk, upgrades to curb ramps, sidewalks, and bus stop pads, along with improving concrete medians. Additional work will be taking place on N. Hwy. 67 at the same time as part of a MODOT project to tie in the broader N Hwy. 67 Improvements.
