On February 27, North County Inc. (NCI) hosted its State of North County Leadership Luncheon. The focus was public safety trends, community engagement, and effective policing initiatives.
A full house of business, civic and community leaders had the opportunity to hear from public safety experts Captain Blake Carrigan, City of St. Ann Police Department, Chief Tim Fagan, City of Florissant Police Department, Chief Kenneth Gregory, St. Louis County Police Department, Chief James Hudanick, City of Hazelwood Police Department, Captain Michael Lang, North County Police Cooperative, Major Matthew Larson, City of Normandy Police Department and Major Tim Sanders, City of Bellefontaine Neighbors Police Department.
“NCI was pleased to convene this opportunity for our members to hear more about the status of public safety in the North St. Louis County community. Taking a deeper look at trends and the innovative initiatives being used by our police gives us a better understanding of the intentional efforts underway to decrease crime, increase safety, and communicate effectively with residents,” said Rebecca Zoll, President/CEO of NCI. “We thank the many police officers dedicated to serving and protecting the residents and businesses in North County.”
