STL County Residents can pay
Personal Property, Real Estate Bills On-Line
St. Louis County residents should check their mailboxes as 2024 Personal Property and Real Estate tax bills have been sent out. The County has made it easier than ever to pay these bills online.
“During this busy holiday season, I encourage residents to skip the line and use our convenient Online Tax Payment Portal from the comfort of your home,” said Tony Smee, director of the Department of Revenue. “Online payment also reduces the risk of mailed payments being lost, resulting in late fees and interest.”
Residents can view and pay their Personal Property and Real Estate taxes without waiting for their bill in the mail. Simply use the Personal Property Account Lookup or Real Estate
Account Lookup tools to access bills and even print receipts for previous years. Tax receipts are accepted for vehicle titling and registration and will be available online two business days after payment is processed.
Other Contact-Free Payment Methods:
- Mail: Send checks or money orders payable to the Collector of Revenue to:
Real Estate Bills: ST. LOUIS COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, PO BOX 16955. ST LOUIS MO 63105-1355

As a reminder, applications are still being accepted for the Senior Tax Freeze Program. ligible seniors can now freeze certain eligible real property taxes to reduce the impact of future tax increases. Only one member of your household should submit an application for the Senior Tax Freeze.
The freeze would apply to your 2025 bill, not the current 2024 bill due by Dec. 31
