This program was designed to recognize those individuals who have made valuable contributions to the wholesome fabric of our beautiful City of Florissant and North St. Louis County.   The ceremony was held on Wednesday, June 26th at 5:30 across from City Hall. John Grib was honored for his dedication to this community. A large portion of his family came out to honor his life, and the words said were extremely telling about how important John was to so many people. John Grib’s son, John Grib Jr. spoke on behalf of the family and said some beautiful words.

After the Ceremony, the city co-hosted the 2nd Old Town Partners Wednesday Night Out of the season held on the lawn of City Hall. Wonka was shown at 7:45 pm. This was the 2nd Annual “City Hall Cinema.” There was music, food, games, drinks, and raffles. Sponsors for “City Hall Cinema” were Goldkamp Heating and Cooling and CNB Bank St. Louis.
