Ferguson-Florissant Resumes Food Distribution

 Food Distribution Returned Monday in District

Ferguson-Florissant School District resumed meal distribution on Monday, April 20. Meal distribution was suspended for two weeks to develop a revised plan to ensure the safety of students, families, volunteers, and staff.

“I’m pleased to share that we have developed a plan to resume meal distribution to our families with the help of some great community partners,” said Supt. Joseph Davis.

Beginning Monday, April 20 meals will be distributed at two locations, The Savoy in Ferguson and Empower North County at Trinity Church in Florissant. A schedule and additional details are available at https://bit.ly/2KhSi1C.

The district is working with other partners and potential partners and hopes to have additional distribution points available soon.

The Ferguson-Florissant School District school buildings will be closed for the remainder of the 2019-2020 school year; however, teachers are continuing online instruction with students.
