Jim Wieners has covered FloValley Prep Sports for The Independent News for 25 years. We are glad to share his interest in local sportsmen and sportswomen who are making a name for themselves in every sport played in the local high schools.

In previous years, Jim could attend games and take pictures of all the sports action. Unfortunately, Jim is unable to personally cover events now, yet he still follows all the sports teams, highlighting FloVallay’s Prep Sports News and putting the teams’ wins and losses in perspective.
