Christian Hospital, Shalom Church Host Community Health Care Forum

Ron McMullen, President of Christian Hospital and Rev. Freddy J. Clark, pastor and founder of Shalom Church (City of Peace), will host a Community Health Care Forum to discuss health care disparities and to share city-wide resources that are available to persons who are underinsured or uninsured. The Community Health Care Forum will be held Friday, April 17, from 7-9p at the Shalom Church (City of Peace), 5491 N. Highway 67 (Lindbergh), Florissant.

The Forum will be moderated by Ms. Bonita Cornute, Journalist, KTVI Fox2 and will feature the following panelists: Mr. Dwayne Butler, CEO, Betty Jean Kerr People’s Health Centers; Dr. Arnold Bullock, Associate Professor, Surgery Division of Urologic Surgery, Washington University School of Medicine; Dr. David Greenhaw, President, Eden Theological Seminary; Dr. Laurain Hendricks, Family Medicine Physician, Family Care Health Center; Dr. Michael Railey, Director Research and Medical Services, St. Louis County Department of Health; Ms. Mary Trice, RN, BSN, MHS, Director Surgical Services, Cardiology, Pain Management; Ms. Connie Trunk, LPC, NCC, Program Director, Center for Senior Renewal; Dr. Candace Wakefield, Pediatric Dentistry, Children’s Dental Zone; and, Ms. Karen Warren, Legal Services of Eastern MO, Managing Attorney, Special Projects Unit.

Rev. Dr. Freddy J. Clark and Ron McMullen will serve as ex-officio panelists.
