Flo.Valley Branch Library

To Close For Renovations Oct. 29

St. Louis County Library is nearly finished with the first phase of the “Your Library Renewed” campaign. Eleven new or renovated branches will be completed by the end of September.

Phase II will begin in October, when three branches close for construction including the Florissant Valley branch on New Florissant Road, which will close at 5 p.m. on Oct. 29. The other two branches closed are Daniel Boone on Oct. 8 and Bridgeton on Oct. 22.

During construction, patrons will be directed to nearby SLCL locations where they can pick up holds and resume normal library service. Florissant Valley users will go to Jamestown Bluffs.

Remember, you can return your library items to any SLCL branch except the closed locations.

The renovated branches are expected to be closed approximately 6-12 months. Patrons can bookmark the “Your Library Renewed” website and visit often for updates. You can follow progress on Facebook and Twitter.
