BY JIM WIENERS

With the field of post-season qualifiers now doubled five of the six classes in 11-man football will now have a regional round, which will take place on Wednesday, Nov. 5.

However, Class Five has only 11 districts, one with five teams (District Seven), so the Missouri State High School Activities Association decided to give 10 district winners a Regional round bye. So those teams will bypass the Nov. 5 game and will play on Nov. 10 in the Sectional Round. All District runner ups will play Nov. 5 in the Regional round.

Class Five, District Four involves Fort Zumwalt North, Hazelwood East, McCluer and Pattonville. That district winner will have a Regional Round Bye and will play Nov. 10 against the runner up of District Three (Kirkwood, Parkway Central, Parkway North or Parkway West) or the runner up of District Five (Fort Zumwalt South, Washington, Wentzville-Holt or Wentzville-Timberland). The District Four runner up plays Nov. 5 at the Winner of District Five, the only Class Five district winner without a Regional Bye and that winner plays 10 against the District Six champion (Camdenton, Lebanon, Rolla or Waynesville), site to be announced.
