The Greater North County Chamber of Commerce and the City of Florissant will co-sponsor the 26th Anniversary of the Chamber’s Business Showcase, featuring a “Taste of North County,” on Saturday, March 22, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., at the James J. Eagan Community Center in Florissant.

The public can  learn more about the products and services that the 62 vendors offer to the community.  Special features will include a Kids Korner with activities for children, including a visit from Ronald McDonald and the Easter Bunny,  face painting and Mike’s Balloon Creations. There will also be health screenings. Admission is free.

Presenting Sponsors are Christian Hospital and Schnucks Markets, Inc. Other sponsors are Booth Sponsor: DeSmet Retirement Community; Kids Korner Sponsor: ASA Christian Academy; Breakfast Sponsor: Charter Business; Program Sponsor: Community News; and Sign Sponsor: Hazelwood School District.

An area of the community center will be roped off for the “Taste of North County.” It will showcase fare from local venues including Catering To You Banquet Center, Cornerstone Bakery, Deaver’s Sports Bar Restaurant, Helfer’s Deli, Papa Murphy’s Pizza, Popportunities, Ribshack, TGI Fridays, Design & Desserts and Show-Me’s

For a nominal fee of $5 for adults, $2 for children under 12, the public will be able to sample some of the great cuisine available in North County.
