Chris Roth Retires, New HR Director Annouced
Florissant Mayor Tom Schneider announced that Director of Human Resources Chris Roth has chosen to retire after 32 years of service to the city. Roth began with the city as a clerk typist and rose to the director position. Her retirement will be effective Feb. 1.
The city began searching for Roth’s replacement earlier this year, when Roth told Schneider about her plans. Sonya Brooks-White has been chosen as the new Director of Human Resources. Brooks-White has over 19 years of human resource experience. She is currently the Human Resources Manager/ Deputy City Clerk for the city of Ferguson.
