Florissant Holds Project Lift-off Party for Grades 5-8

The City of Florissant has announced that Project Lift-off XXV will be held on Saturday, Dec. 7, from 6:30 – 9:30 p.m. at the James J. Eagan Center.

The event, sponsored by the City of Florissant, the Florissant Youth Advisory Commission, and D.A.R.E (Drug Abuse Resistance Education), is open to kids in grades 5 through 8. The drug free, alcohol free, and tobacco free holiday party will have swimming, ice skating, games, attendance prizes, and a DJ playing music. Pizza and Pepsi products will be provided.

Tickets are $6 in advance and $8 on the day of the event. No tickets will be sold after 5 p.m. on the day of the event. A Florissant resident card is required to purchase tickets.  Each 5th-8th grade resident with a resident card may purchase 1 additional non-resident ticket. Everyone must have a ticket to enter.

Tickets are available at the JFK Center or the Eagan Center. On the day of the event, tickets will be sold only at the Eagan Center. Sales will stop at 5 p.m. on the day of the event or when sold out. No tickets will be sold at the door.
