By Carol Arnett florissant gov building The Florissant City Council had a light agenda Monday night, with only one public hearing scheduled. The council also passed some bills, approved some requests, and had first readings on some bills. One item that has been in the works for a long time is a new restaurant on rue St. Francois. The public hearing was about the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) budget. Each year the city receives funds through this grant and must decide how to allocate them.
