CLEMENTINE’S ICE CREAM BRINGS BACK ITS HOLIDAY
COOKIE EXCHANGE COLLECTION, CELEBRATING WOMEN
After a sweet debut in 2025, Clementine’s Ice Cream, the nationally recognized, woman-owned microcreamery founded by CEO Tamara Keefe, is bringing back its Holiday Cookie Exchange Collection for a second year. Inspired by the nostalgic tradition of gathering with friends and family to swap favorite holiday cookies, the limited-edition collection brings together four women across the food and baking world to transform treats tied to their holiday traditions into handcrafted ice cream flavors.
For the 2026 collection, Keefe collaborated with Leia Holter of Made. by Lia Craft Bakery in Florissant, Missouri; Sophie Stabler of Dirndl Kitchen; Danielle Wright of Nellie B’s Bakery in Northwest Arkansas; and Ashley Albert and Crystal Bennett of Brooklyn-based The Matzo Project. Together, their flavors celebrate everything from German Christmas recipes passed down through generations to a playful new take on Hanukkah sweets.
“When we launched our first Cookie Exchange collection last year, we weren’t quite sure what to expect, but it became something even more joyful and special than we imagined,” said Tamara Keefe, founder and CEO of Clementine’s Ice Cream. “Seeing our partners’ creativity come together, and how warmly everyone embraced the collection, made bringing it back for a second year the easiest decision.”
The 2026 Clementine’s Holiday Cookie Exchange Collection features: Lia’s Gingerdoodle from Lia Holter of Made. by Lia Craft Bakery with ginger cinnamon snickerdoodle cookie chunks in spiced white chocolate ice creama, inspired by a fan-favorite cookie in the bakery’s annual holiday cookie box; Sophie’s Vanilla Bean from Sophie Stabler of Dirndl Kitchen with vanilla bean shortbread in a sweet cream ice cream; Nellie’s Knock Out Bar from Danielle Wright of Nellie B’s Bakery, a brown sugar ice cream with homemade chocolate chip cookie dough and a peanut butter praline ripple; and Buttercrunch Matzo from Ashley Albert and Crystal Bennett of The Matzo Project, with matzo cracker coated in chocolate and toffee in brown butter ice cream.
