North County Incorporated Elects Board Members, Officers for 2008

“The North County Incorporated Board has been thinking and acting strategically, both in what it accomplished in 2007 and what it is planning in 2008,” states NCI President Mark Tranel. “It has been very deliberate in focusing on projects that are important to NCI’s members and in seeking new opportunities to serve both the membership and the North County area”.

NCI’s new 2008 Board members are Rep. Clint Zweifel, State of Missouri; Nancy Otte, Business Representative of Missouri Career Center; and Sean Hogan, Executive Vice President/Chief Operating Officer of SSM DePaul Health Center.

Zweifel represents parts of Hazelwood, Florissant and Bridgeton in the Missouri House of Representatives. In his first term, he led an effort to dedicate funding to save North St. Louis County’s only trauma center. Since then, his legislative efforts encourages economic development, improvement in health care, the increase of retirement and investment security and the protection of children and seniors.

Otte has been employed with the State of Missouri for more than 25 years, the last 20 at the Missouri Career Center. Her career is helping businesses locate and learn how to use State services available at low or no cost. She is actively involved with many area organizations, assisting them with their workforce and economic development efforts.

Hogan has been in leading roles with SSM DePaul Health Center since 1999 including Area Director of Strategic Development, Vice President of Specialty and Ambulatory Services and now as Executive Vice President/Chief Operating Officer. His leadership shows in his community activities and he was recently recognized as one of the St. Louis Business Journal’s “40 under 40”.
