Jennifer Cordia is New Christian Hospital Chief Nurse Executive
Jennifer Cordia RN, BSN, MBA, has been named chief nurse executive (CNE) for Christian Hospital. As the CNE, Cordia is responsible for all inpatient care areas as well as emergency services, surgical services, rehabilitation services, the GI lab, pain management, mental health and the Wound Care Center.
Cordia began her career at Christian Hospital in 1990 as a nurse attendant and held various positions including director of patient care services before leaving the organization in 2004. Cordia returns to Christian Hospital from St. John’s Mercy Medical Center, where she was executive director emergency services east communities for St. John’s Mercy Health Care.
Christian Hospital is a 485-bed acute-care medical center located on 28 acres in unincorporated north St. Louis County. Located 6 miles west of Christian Hospital is Northwest HealthCare, which offers the community 24-hour emergency care and a variety of outpatient services to complement hospital services.
