HALLOWEEN CONTEST WINNERS: City of Florissant Seniors celebrated Halloween on Oct. 28 at the James J. Eagan Center with over 350 seniors.  Halloween Contest winners are shown, left to right: Maurice Took as Fred Flintstone, Bob Killoren as Father Time and Ellie Belinski as a Steak n Shake Car Hop.
