Florissant Expanding On-LineCommunication for Residents

In an effort to provide better service to the citizens of the City of Florissant, Mayor Robert G. Lowery, Sr. has  formed a committee of the City’s Information Technology (IT) people to update the city website to make forms and information available to residents. Currently available are:

•  Sign up for newsletters, updates, and press releases

•  Citizen comments

• Report property with high grass

•  Report damaged or missing street signs

•  Report streetlight outages

• Report property with trash & debris in yard

• Report water breaks

• Request to obtain Police report

• Vacation form

• Bike registration

• Application for Citizen Academy

• Business alarm information

• Neighborhood Watch member registration

• Report Police Officer performance

• Citizen Survey

Residents may also review answers to Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) such as: trash service, driveway replacement,  Occupancy permits, minimum housing inspections & extensions, pet tags and sewer lateral repairs

The Mayor stated, “Our IT personnel are working diligently to provide more on-line services to our residents. Check our website often and view the information available to you.”
