The Florissant Valley Historical Society will celebrate its 52nd birthday at Taille de Noyer (located on the McCluer High School Grounds).  Festivities will begin at 4 p.m. with a program entitled “How Rude! The changing Forms of Polite Behavior “- an  entertaining program by Emily Troxell of the Missouri History Museum and will conclude with a “picnic” supper.
