Chocolate Chocolate Chocolate Company, which opened in St. Louis in 1981, is the largest local maker of chocolate covered strawberries with tens of thousands of pounds sold annually. Using classic hand dipping and enrobing techniques, all of the delicacies are made by meticulous chocolatiers who inspect each piece before it leaves the kitchen.

The strawberries are grown in California and delivered overnight directly to the eight area Chocolate Chocolate Chocolate Company stores, where they are dipped and packed within one day of being picked. Guaranteed fresh, these treats only last one to two days…hence the rush. With everyone eager to get their supply for their loved ones, customers are encouraged to place their orders as soon as possible.

The store brings in extra staff to make thousands of pounds of the chocolate covered strawberries to accommodate the Valentine’s demand.
