‘DRIVE TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE’ FOOD DRIVE DEC. 6
Mayor Tim Lowery announced a food drive called “Drive to Make a Difference,” in
partnership with the Greater North County Chamber of Commerce and TEAM Food Pantry. The Drive will be at Bangert Park on Saturday, Dec, 6 from 8 am – 12 pm
Simply pull up, pop your trunk, then a volunteer will be there to get the donations out of the car for you. Just like that, you’ve made a difference in our community!
Not only that, but the Greater North County Chamber of Commerce is going to enter in everyone who donates 10 or more items to this drive into a drawing for $200 in gift cards!

Florissant Dental Services food drive
continues through the end of the year!
We are overwhelmed at the participation in November. So many people showed up with donations to help their neighbors during this holiday season. We have delivered pounds and pounds of food so far and to keep the momentum going. It’s important to us at Florissant Dental Services that we do more than “fix teeth”. As a small business that has been in Florissant for almost 40 years, we care a lot about the community we serve.They will have a bin in our reception room for food bank donations.
Food banks appreciate:
*Canned proteins like chicken, tuna, and salmon*Canned beans rich in protein and fiber
*Whole-Grain staples like pasta, rice, and whole grain cereals
*Shelf stable fruits and vegetables. Canned or dried, fruits and vegetables are full of vitamins.
*Peanut butter- high protein, shelf stable, and a kid favorite!
*Cooking essentials- don’t forget things like spices, cooking oils and condiments!
All donations will go to the Florissant Food Bank Program. We will deliver the donations throughout the months of November and December.
