CITY OF FLORISSANT SEWER BACKUP

SUPPORT AND RESOURCE FAIR NOV. 26

On Nov. 4-5th, the City of Florissant experienced record-breaking rainfall, with over 8 inches falling within 24 hours. The city will hold a Resource Fair to address sewer backup concern on Nov. 26 from 6-7:30 p.m at City Hall

Council Chambers (955 rue St. Francois.)

Representatives from the City Engineering Division, Community Development, and the   Metropolitan Sewer District will be present. MSD will answer questions about recent sewer backups

The City’s Engineering Division will provide information about the city’s Sewer Lateral Insurance Program

Community Development will offer consultations about home improvement program funding residents outside the FEMA-designated floodplain.
