Seniors Celebrate New Year at Florissant Civic Center

New Year’s Celebrated half-Day Earlier

Our New Year’s celebration always includes the New Year’s Eve Party at the Florissant Civic Center.

The party begins at 10 a.m. and ends at 2 p.m. with a toast at noon. It’s a good time had by all with

dancing to The St. Charles Big Ban, catered lunch by Tornatore’s, beverages, prizes and more.

Local businesses big and small donate gifts and attendance prizes.

Grace Warden of Florissant recently

celebrated her 100th birthday. With her at

the Florissant Senior New Year’s eve event was her daughter Nita Howard

What a lot of people like about this event and timing it allows everyone to go home and rest before

going somewhere else that night. Another great job by the City of Florissant, the Mayor’s office , the
