MoDOT’s Hearing On Interstate 270 Design

MoDOT Will Host Open House Public Hearing

On Interstate 270 Design on March 12

If you would like to learn more about the I-270 North Design-Build Project, another great opportunity to do so is coming soon.

The Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT) will hold an open house public hearing on Thursday, March 12 from 4-8 p.m. at St. Louis Community College-Florissant Valley, 3400 Pershall Rd., St. Louis, MO 63135. The hearing will be held in the Multipurpose Room of the Student Union. Parking will be available in lots P3, P4, P6 and P7.

There will be no formal presentations during the hearing. The public may stop in at any time during the advertised hours to speak with MoDOT staff and project consultants, and to provide both written and recorded feedback.

A virtual hearing to receive additional public comments will be available on the project website at http://www.i270north.org, between March 12 and March 23, 2020.

The I-270 North Project runs from James S. McDonnell Boulevard to Bellefontaine Road. It will replace aging infrastructure, link communities, improve accessibility for bicyclists and pedestrians, and enhance traffic operations and safety throughout the corridor.
