Florissant Mayor Tom Schneider received special recognition since it was the last time he would represent the City at the Shamrock Charity Ball due to term limits.  Valley Industries awarded him a plaque with this inscription: “The Honorable Mayor Thomas P. Schneider, With Sincere and Grateful Appreciation for Your Support of Valley Industries Over Your 8 Years of Service as Mayor of the City of Florissant.” ~ photo by Tim Davidson
