Ferguson’s Annual Northern Lights Christmas Market and Lighted Parade is Nov. 25 at Plaza 501, 5-9pm. This year’s theme is Polar Express. This is going to be an expanded Holiday event this year, with all activities at Plaza 501!

There will be gift vendors from 5-9, and the lighted parade begins at 5 pm and runs down South Florissant Ave. The tree lighting immediately following at Plaza 501, and carriage rides run 6-9. Santa is schedule to appear, and the event is free. Northern Lights event is celebrated each year on the Sunday after Thanksgiving with events such as live holiday music, kids activities and a live ice sculpture demonstrations.

The event benefits the businesses in the Ferguson Citywalk district. The Ferguson Citywalk district in historic Downtown Ferguson has been a lively hub of commercial activity for more than a century. Situated on ten pedestrian-friendly blocks along Florissant Rd, Airport Rd and Church St, the district is home to a wide array of restaurants, specialty shops, art & music venues, interesting attractions, and quality service businesses.
