The QuestBridge scholarships cover tuition, fees, room and board, textbooks, supplies, and travel expenses for four years. In 2017, more than 15,000 students applied and less than 6,000 were selected.
Bruce Green, Hazelwood School District assistant superintendent for high schools, was proud to hear that four Hazelwood students were selected to receive the QuestBridge Scholarship. “In the words of Malcolm X, ‘Education is the passport to the future, for tomorrow belongs to those who prepare for it today.’ We salute and say congratulations to these scholars for receiving full academic scholarships for their post-secondary endeavors,” said Green.
