Tickets to Hawthorne Players’ upcoming production of A.R. Gurney’s touching and entertaining play “Love Letters” will be presented from March 31 through April 9 at the Florissant Civic Center Theatre.
A two-character play featuring multiple all-star couples, including Gerry and Kay Love (perfect casting), Tim Callahan and Tanya Burns, and Annalise Webb, who will appear both with Mark Lull and Todd Micali.
Tickets are $18 for adults, $16 for older adults and students and may be purchased online at www.florissantmo.com or call the box office at 314-921-5678.
“Love Letters” is about a 50-year love affair carried on primarily through letters, written in and about a world where letter-writing was very much an essential mode of communication, especially between men and women.
In order to create greater intimacy for this romantic and often humorous production, the audience will be seated on stage. Hence, seating will be limited, and people will need to purchase their tickets early to see their favorite performers, up close and personal.
