Florissant Old Town Partners is sponsoring its annual Ground Hog Day Pancake Breakfast on Sunday, Feb. 1. Breakfast will be held from 8 a.m.-noon at the Florissant Old Town Chapel, 646 rue St. Francois St. Cost is $6 for adults and $3 for children, paid at the door.
