Notice is hereby given that candidate filing will begin on Tuesday, Dec. 13, 2016 from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the HSD Learning Center located at 15955 New Halls Ferry Road, Florissant, 63031. The names of persons filing for the office of board director on this day will go into a random drawing to determine the order of placementon the ballot. Filing will continue during normal business hours (8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.) through Jan. 17, 2017 closing at 5:00 p.m. The District offices will be closed Dec. 19, 2016 – Jan. 2, 2017, Jan. 16, 2017, and for any inclement weather. The election will determine directors for three (3) three-year terms.
