Bommarito Ford’s Grand Opening Honors Hazelwood,

As part of the The Bommarito Automotive Group grand opening June 17 at the all-new redesigned Bommarito Ford “superstore” on Dunn Road, the dealership showed its continued support to Hazelwood by giving the city two new Ford vehicles, one for the Dare program, the other for Hazelwood Police’s Citizen Patrol. Bommarito officials and several from Ford’s corporate headquarters in Detroit came for the gala opening of the new dealership and building that once was the site of Valley Ford.
Bommarito now has several dealerships in Hazelwood and will add another (Toyota) later this summer on Dunn Road near N. Lindbergh and I-270.The all-new redesigned Bommarito Ford facility is located at 675 Dunn Rd. off I-270 in Hazelwood. John Bommarito, president of the Bommarito Automotive Group says, “Once again, our entire management team and organization is honored to have been recognized by Ford as one of the top 5% of the 3,300 Ford dealers in the country and as St Louis’ #1 sales leader.
Hazelwood and city officials, police and fire department were mentioned several times for all they have done for the Bommarito Auto Group. General Manager, Jerry Eickel, a 29-year Bommarito veteran, VP and Partner said: “I would like to congratulate the Bommarito Ford team for their outstanding contribution to the store’s remarkable success. It is an honor to represent Ford Motor Company in Hazelwood, MO.”
Special guests included retired Navy Rear Admiral Lee Metcalf, Dept. of Defense for Reserve Affairs and generations of the Bommarito family including CEO and founder Frank Bommarito. The program included support for the military, a ribbon cutting, auto displays from Mustang Car Club and the 1929 Ford Model T Assembly Team, with music and a luncheon.
Bommarito currently operates 19 franchises throughout every St. Louis neighborhood location including Bommarito Honda-Nissan-Volkswagen-Ford- Motor Trend Certified Pre-owned located in Hazelwood.
