Florissant Dog Park Yearly Fees Reduced for 2016
The fees for the Florissant dog park located in Duchesne Park were reduced effective Dec 1. Only dogs registered with the Florissant Dog Park Club are permitted to use this area, which is fenced in so dogs can be off-leash. The new prices for residents cover a full year at the park and are $5 for one dog and $5 for a second/third dog. For non-residents, the fees are $10 for one dog and $10 for a second/third dog. The fee will no longer be reduced to half price in July.
To register a dog, the owner must bring current vaccination records (rabies and DHLLP) to the James J. Eagan Civic Center or the John F. Kennedy Center. The permit can be purchased beginning Dec. 1 and is good until Dec. 31, 2016.
