The Soldier’s Wish List organization will hold a Christmas for the Troops collection at Mattingly’s in Florissant on Saturday, Oct. 25, from 10 a.m.-6 p.m. Bring new, unwrapped gifts to Mattingly’s, 8108 N. Lindbergh Blvd.

Gifts will be wrapped for you as you sign the Christmas card for a soldier who will not be home this year with his/her family at Christmas. The gifts will be sent Dec. 6.

The top requested items are:
o DVD movies
o DVD players
o music CDs (all types of music)
o hand held games
o batteries
o white socks (men and women)
o twin sheet sets and blankets
o body spraysets, body wash sets, lotion sets
o skull caps, hand and feet warmers
o board games
o super soakers
o stationary sets
o microwaves.

All items must be new.
