2015 Hazelwood Harvestfest Coming Saturday, Sept. 12

Hazelwood Harvestfest will be held Saturday, Sept. 12, at Howdershell Park. Residents are encouraged to bring their families, neighbors and out-of-town guests to enjoy the best that Hazelwood has to offer with its annual fall festival from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Admission is free and parking is available at Howdershell Park and White Birch Park, 1186 Teson Road, where shuttle buses will run regularly.

In addition to many traditional favorites, the 2015 event will feature some new activities. Kids will love the inflatables, the trackless train, and the human sphere races. Adults will enjoy the violin music of Justin Meaux.

As in other years, the Harvestfest will see the crowning of the new Miss Hazelwood and many returning activities. All day visitors can go to the book fair, arts and crafts show, children’s activities tent, and partake of food and beverages.
