RANDY GARDNER (right) of News 20 received his third Emmy Award in the past five years. His winning video was called “Beyond the Badge”, looking at the families of officers who have lost their life in the line of duty. Shown with Gardner is BLACK JACK MAYOR NORM MC COURT who attended the Emmy Award ceremonies with Randy. Gardner has written a sports column in The Independent News for the past ten years.
