Florissant Hosts Annual Project Liftoff Dec. 6
Florissant will host the annual Project Liftoff party on Saturday, Dec. 6 from 6:30 – 9:30 p.m. at the James J. Eagan Center.
The annual drug-free, alcohol-free, tobacco-free holiday DARE party is sponsored by the city of Florissant, the Florissant Youth Advisory Commission, and Drug Abuse Resistance Education (DARE), taught by Florissant Police Officers in Florissant area schools.
The party is for children in grades 5 – 8. It will feature DJ Music, Game Room, Ice Skating, Swimming, Contests and Door Prizes. Free pizza and Pepsi products will be provided.
Admission is $6 in advance and $8 the day of the event. A Florissant resident is card is required to purchase a ticket and tickets are required.
Tickets are available at the JFK Center or JJE Center. On the day of the event, tickets will be sold from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. at the Eagan Center only. Tickets will not be sold at the door.
