The St. Louis Free to Breathe 5K Walk and 1-Mile Walk will be held on Saturday, Sept. 27 at Creve Coeur Park. The inspirational event will feature a 5K walk, 1mile walk, silent auction and children’s activities.

All proceeds from the event support Free to Breathe, a nonprofit lung cancer research and advocacy organization dedicated to ensuring surviving lung cancer is the expectation, not the exception. To register and begin fundraising, visit www.freetobreathe.org.

Registration and check-in begin at 8 a.m., the opening rally at 9:30, and the walk at 9:50. The registration will be held at the Tremayne Shelter in Creve Coeur Park, 13725 Marine Avenue in Maryland Heights.

Online registration is open now and closes Sept. 24. Mail-in registration must be received by Sept. 22. Fees for online registration are $25 for adults, $15 for children 12 and under. For mail-in registration, fees are $28 for adults and $18 for children, and event day registration fees are $30 for adults and $20 for children.
