The City of Florissant will conduct a public hearing beginning at 7p.m. on Thursday, September 11, 2014, at Florissant City Hall Council Chambers, 955 rue St. Francois, Florissant, Missouri 63031, concerning the Fiscal Year 2015-2019 Consolidated Plan and Fiscal Year 2015 Annual Action Plan for the Florissant Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program.
