The Florissant Civic Center Theatre has a variety of shows scheduled in September.

Lobby box office hours are Mon. and Fri., 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Tues., Wed., Thur., 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.  The Box Office will close each day from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. for lunch.  Arrangements to purchase tickets can be made by phone at (314) 921-5678, by e-mail at FCCT@FlorissantMO.com, online at www.FlorissantMO.com or by mail addressed to:  FCC Theatre, #1 James J. Individual tickets go on sale 45 days prior to the opening of any production.

Miss Metro St. Louis/Miss River City Pageant

Sept. 6: Junior Pageant at 3:30 p.m., Teen/Miss Pageant at 7 p.m.

The Miss Metro St Louis/ Miss River City pageants are preliminary pageants to the Miss America Pageant. Admission is $10.

Florissant Valley Men of Harmony Presents: The Florissant Follies

Sept 12 at 7:30 p.m.

Come join us for an evening of a capella music, comedy skits and hijinks as the Florissant Valley Men of Harmony present “The Florissant Follies.” It’s a variety show filled with some of our favorite bits and music from the past along with some new ones we’re sure you’ll love.  Audiences will especially enjoy our featured quartet, “Rivertown Sound.”

Admission: $12 General Admission; $8 for groups of 10 or more

Sept. 26, 27, Oct. 3,4 at 8 p.m., Oct. 5 at 2 p.m.

Winner of the 2005 Tony Award for Best Musical, Monty Python’s Spamalot is an outrageous musical comedy lovingly ripped off from the film classic “Monty Python and the Holy Grail.” Spamalot tells the tale of King Arthur and his Knights of the Round Table as they embark on their quest for the Holy Grail. Anyone with an open mind and a fondness for the weird in life is sure to enjoy this off-the-wall comedy.

Admission: $20 Adults; $18 Seniors/Students; $12 Children under 12; Group rates available
