City Family Fishing Tournament
The Florissant Youth Advisory Commission and the Florissant Parks and Recreation Department will hold their annual Family Fishing Tournament on Saturday, June 28 from 9 – 11 a.m. at St. Ferdinand Park.
The tournament is free, but is open to Florissant residents only and pre-registration is required.
Awards and consolation prizes will be given in various categories throughout the event. The tournament is open to all ages; however, individuals 16-65 years of age are required by state law to have a Missouri State Fishing License.
Registration begins June 9 at the James J. Eagan Center of the JFK Center. A current 2014 Florissant Resident Card is required to register. For information call the James J. Eagan Center at 921-4466 or the JFK Community Center at 921-4250.
