St. Catherine’s Stacy Montero is RHF Administrator of the Year
Stacey Montero, the administrator of St. Catherine Retirement Community in Florissant, has been named 2014 Administrator of the Year, by Retirement Housing Foundation (RHF), the corporate operators of St. Catherine and DeSmet Retirement Center, also in Florissant.
The RHR announcement stated that Montero is a “strong proponent of RHF values and traditions, but also one of the first to try new initiatives.”
Stacy is credited with turning St. Catherine into one of the “best and most consistent performers in the RHF family of communities with occupancy averaging 92 percent.” She was credited with being directly responsible for the building’s “exception sales and marketing results.”
The RHF newsletter stated Stacy, who has been administrator at St. Catherine since 2005, is “very community minded, supports local business” and is involved in the Chamber of Commerce and works with local officials to build RHF’s reputation.
“Residents’ individuality is recognized and respected while they are encouraged to participate in meaningful activities and give back to the community. It is an extremely position resident-centric culture that results in a warm, comfortable feeling for anyone who walks through the doors at St. Catherine,” the RHDF newsletter stated.
